We are excited to announce that the Healthy Connections Community Health Network clinic in Russellville is now open and accepting new patients.

The Russellville clinic, located at 3312 West Main Street, is open from 7:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. This clinic will see patients of all ages for primary care and family medicine services.

There are immediate appointments available for Medicaid and Medicare patients, in addition to patients with other health insurance. Call 888-710-8220 to make appointments.

Family Nurse Practitioner Miki Reynolds, APRN, who is from nearby Centerville, Ark., will be a provider at this clinic. She comes to Healthy Connections after working for National Park Physician Services in Hot Springs Village, Ark. In Russellville, she will see patients for primary care/family medicine, DOT physicians, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction, and more.

“Most of my life has been spent near Russellville,” said Reynolds, who graduated from Arkansas Tech University. “I am truly excited and ready to get started in my community. I’m ready to help the people that I know.”

In addition, Dr. Leslie Ward will see patients in Russellville on select days. Dr. Ward is from nearby Danville and will see patients for primary care/family medicine, MAT for opioid treatment, HIV and AIDS treatment and care, and trans-patient services. She also sees patients in Hot Springs for Healthy Connections after coming from Conway Regional Medical Clinic-Pottsville.

Healthy Connections is a Mena-based Community Health Network with locations throughout southwest and central Arkansas.
