Anne Murphy, DO
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Dr. Anne Murphy sees patients for Healthy Connections at the Hot Springs Chippewa Clinic (1723 Malvern Ave.). Additionally, she has received training in performing a new minimally invasive joint injection procedure designed to reduce the knee pain associated with arthritis. This procedure involves giving a soothing lubricant injection into the knee using a fluoroscope for safety and accuracy. When the lubricant is placed into a joint, it decreases pain and increases a patient’s ability to be mobile and stay active. Over time, the lubricant accumulates in the knee joint and increases the knee’s shock-absorption ability. This procedure is a nonsurgical alternative to knee surgery and is covered by most insurances
For appointments with her, please call 888-710-8220.
