Brooke Wallace, LCSW, is a mental health therapist with Evolve Behavioral Health Services (part of the Healthy Connections Community Health Network) in Malvern.

Brook has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a Cognitive Behavioral Therpy provider who treats trauma, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Brooke is also certified in yoga and uses principles from that dicipline to work with her clients.

When she leaves Evolve, she enjoys travel, reading, watching movies, yoga and spending time with her two pugs.
