Under the leadership of the Dental Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dental team, ensuring high-quality service, and enhancing patient experiences. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in dental treatments and procedures, ensuring top-tier patient care and safety.
- Maintain compliance with infection control and patient confidentiality standards.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.
- Accurately document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.

Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification with the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
