Katia Rayburn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing, from Maryville University in St. Louis.
She was born in El Salvador and raised in Arkansas. She is fluent in English and Spanish her experiences include: working as a critical care registered nurse in the intensive care unit, as a postpartum nurse, and working as a travel nurse in Texas and New Mexico.
Her goal is to provide quality care and education to the diverse, and underserved population. She currently works alongside Dr. Thomas Jefferson, where they specialize in patients with substance abuse disorder, HIV and HEP C treatments, HIV prevention (PrEP), women’s health, and primary care/family practice services. She is also providing Monoclonal Antibody Treatment for those testing positive for Covid-19.
Katia is married and the mother of an 18-month-old daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and hiking.
