Each month across the Healthy Connections Community Health Network, exemplary employees are nominated for this award for representing our Three Pillars: Excellence, Compassion, and Community. These pillars are considered heavily when choosing winners.
As winners of this Shining STAR award, Shanti and Kayla are winners of a $50 gift card.
Shanti is a Finance Assistant based at the Mena clinic.
- “Shanti is a joy to work with! She goes out of her way to help co-workers both inside and outside her department. She is a hard worker who will come alongside and help in any way she can to problem solve and find a solution. She gives 110 percent every day.”
Kayla is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Hot Springs Central clinic.
- “Kayla has such a great, positive attitude and is always helpful and caring. She is an exemplary nurse and I am proud to work with her.”
