Our Healthy Connections employees are obviously incredible. But this month, two were the most incredible. Presenting our October 2020 employees of the month:
East: Elaine Muse
West: Sharon Maechler
Throughout October, both Elaine and Sharon exemplified our Healthy Connections three pillars of Excellence, Compassion, and Community. As winners, they are entitled to a $50 gift card or one day off.
Elaine is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Hot Springs Central clinic.
“Elaine always has a bright smile and an infectious laugh,” a co-worker wrote. “She works so well with her team and is dedicated to meeting the needs of our patients.” And another co-worker said, “She rooms for two providers most days. She will happily help with pediatrics patients, give immunizations, and draw blood. She is always upbeat and has a smile on her face.”
Sharon works with patient referrals and is based in Mena.
“Sharon is extremely quick to respond to case management needs. She takes care of issues within the hour and goes above and beyond what is asked,” a co-worker wrote when nominating her. “Sharon’s effort in doing her job efficiently is amazing. She is tirelessly helping patients to get their referrals done and that’s good customer service,” another wrote.
