Each month across the Healthy Connections Community Health Network, exemplary employees are nominated for this award for representing our Three Pillars: Excellence, Compassion, and Community. These pillars are considered heavily when choosing winners.
As winners of this Shining STAR award, Misty and Heather are winners of a $50 gift card.
Misty is the manager of the home visiting program, Healthy Families Arkansas Polk and Garland Counties.
- “Misty is a hard worker and such a great manager and ambassador for the home-visiting program. She continues to see clients, teaching parenting practices to new and expectant moms. She also worked hard to ensure our preparedness during a recent accreditation process.”
Heather is a patient care coordinator at the Hot Springs Central clinic.
- “She is so helpful and helps you any way she can. She constantly goes above and beyond for Patients and Employees. I truly think she deserves it. She has such a beautiful heart.”
