Inspired by the impact of nursing on a family member’s health, Roberts embarked on a path that led from being an ER nurse to achieving a Master’s degree in Nursing and specializing in family practice. Charlotte Craig, a billing specialist who has been with Healthy Connections since 2017, works remotely to ensure the seamless operation of our financial services. A colleague’s nomination praised her, stating, “Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help anyone.
