Each month across the Healthy Connections Community Health Network, exemplary employees are nominated for this award for representing our Three Pillars: Excellence, Compassion, and Community. These pillars are considered heavily when choosing winners.
As winners of this Shining STAR award, Megan and Audra are winners of a $50 gift card.
Megan is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Mena and works with Centralized Scheduling to answer nurse-related questions from patients.
- “Megan is always helping the call center in any way she can. She has the best customer service with all the patients. I believe she is one of the nicest nurses we have.”
Audra is a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Manager based in Hot Springs.
- “Audra does so much for so many of us. She is literally only a phone call away for any Patient Care Coordinator who needs her help. In our world, she is completely necessary and we appreciate her.”

Shanti is a Finance Assistant based at the Mena clinic.

Kayla is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Hot Springs Central clinic.
